My short docs on Current TV

These 5-minute documentaries aired on Current TV in the past year. You can watch them online at Current.com.

Cuddle Party is a 3-hour workshop where adults learn the art of non-sexual consensual touch. We take Tania deep into cuddle territory in Joshua Tree to find out what it's like to touch strangers for three hours.
Easter rabbit: when you stop and think about it, why do we celebrate this religious holiday with a kid's toy? I did a little investigating down the rabbit hole. The academics can tell you the origins of Easter bunnies, what about how they end up?
Everybody says that Valentine's Day is just a day to sell stuff, and this time everybody's actually right. I hate Valentine's Day because it's over-commercialized, overpriced, overhyped, and basically a day for binge eating. But I'm not the only one grumpy. I polled dozens of young people, and they all had good reasons to be hatin' on V-Day. I even met a group of musicians on Hollywood Blvd in LA who composed a spontaneous anti-Valentine's day anthem just for my rant.
It's 2008 and the youth vote is gaining more and more momentum. Follow a bunch of Los Angeles college students to their "debate tailgate" and hear why you need to vote if you're a student, and if you're a candidate, you better be paying attention to them.

Every spring for over a decade, a chilling clothesline of multicolored T-shirts extends across the landscape at UCLA in Los Angeles, California. The shirts have all been decorated by people in the community who survived sexual violence, rape or childhood sexual abuse. The resulting clothesline is a powerful testament to the enormity of loss and pain. It's a healing process too.
